Our Quaker Meeting House offers a unique setting: simple and tranquil. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, community group, class, meeting, or small event, our rooms provide a calm and comfortable environment where people can focus, reflect, and connect.
Quaker spaces are open to all. We welcome groups whose activities align with our commitment to peace, equality, simplicity, sustainability, and community. We ask all hirers to respect the quiet nature of the building.

Our rooms
Main meeting room
A spacious room with movable seating, perfect for workshops, talks, rehearsals, and larger meetings (up to seventy participants, depending on layout).
Three smaller meeting/committee rooms
Ideal for counselling, interviews, small groups and quiet work (about fifteen to eighteen participants each room, again depending on layout).
- Fully equipped (do-it-yourself) kitchen
- Easy access toilet in addition to standard facilities

- Lift access (the rooms are on the first floor, use is subject to our policy)
